The commencement of our 2026 Speaker Series features distinguished AHS member Peter Wodtke who will discuss China and its relationships with neighboring Asian countries. Members will recall Peter's Zoom presentation in February 2023 regarding his book Everything to Gain: China and the United States as Future Partners. Peter is well-known for his insightful presentations followed by lively Q&A.

Peter Wodtke started his banking career with Citibank in Hong Kong, moved on to head Citibank in the Middle East and Iran, and completed his banking career as the senior officer for the USA and Canada for Swiss Bank Corporation, now part of UBS AG.  After his distinguished banking career, Peter served on 45 corporate boards in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Asia Hands members may recall Private Investment Company for Asia (PICA), based in Tokyo and Singapore, where Peter was CEO from 1972 to 1976.
